Set up your store

Choose how to start

Open Kalamooo and tap Store Owner. You'll be asked How do you want to continue?

• Continue Offline — no account, no internet. You unlock the phone with a 4-digit PIN and everything is saved on this phone only.
• Continue Online — sign in with Continue with Google or Continue with Apple. This lets you back up to the cloud, use more than one phone, and add staff.

Fill in your store details

1. Enter your Store name. It's printed on your receipts.
2. Under What do you sell? (pick all that apply), choose every kind of business you run — grocery, retail, food, clothing, services, or fresh market.
3. Pick your Currency. It's used for every price, total, and receipt.
4. Add a phone number and address if you like (both optional).
5. If you chose offline, set a 4-digit PIN, then tap Set Up Store.

Find your way around

The Kalamooo Smart Guide walks you through each screen the first time. The bar at the bottom of the app takes you to:

• Home — today's sales, low-stock alerts, and customer credit at a glance.
• Inventory — everything you sell. Food-only stores see Menu; retail-only stores see Products.
• The glowing button in the middle — New Sale, Add Product, or Add Customer in one tap.
• Credit — your credit ledger.
• Profile — store settings, staff, Ask AI, and help.
