Back up your records, use more than one phone, and understand the Online/Offline badge.
Back up to the cloud
- Sign in online with Google or Apple.
- Go to Profile â Store Profile â Cloud backup.
- Tap Back up to my account.
After that, it's automatic
Everything you do is saved on your phone first, so the app never waits for the internet. When you're online, new changes sync to the cloud on their own. If you lose or switch phones, sign in on the new one and your records are there.
The Online/Offline badge
- Online (green) â signed in, connected, and backed up.
- Offline (red) â you're not connected, or you're using PIN-only mode. Keep selling: everything is saved on your phone.
In PIN-only mode it always says Offline, even on Wi-Fi, because nothing is syncing.
