Track credit

Your credit ledger

The Credit tab shows your Total credit — everything customers owe you — and every customer's Outstanding balance. Tap a customer to see their full Credit history: every charge and every payment.

Add a customer

1. In Credit, tap Add Customer (or use the middle button → Add Customer).
2. Enter the Customer name. Phone number and address are optional.
3. Tap Save Customer.

Record a payment

1. Tap the customer, then Record payment.
2. Choose Full amount, or type what they're paying now.
3. Tap Confirm Payment. Their balance goes down, and the payment appears in their history. When they owe nothing, they're marked Settled.

Hide old customers

Tap Hide Customer to clear someone from your list without losing their history. Find them again under Hidden Customers and tap Restore.
