Delete your Kalamooo account

You can delete your account at any time. Here's how, and exactly what gets removed.

Option 1: Delete it in the app (fastest)

If you signed in with Google or Apple and can still open Kalamooo:

  1. Open Kalamooo and go to Profile.
  2. Tap Store Profile.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted right away.

Option 2: Ask us to delete it

Can't open the app, or lost your phone? Send a request below. We'll confirm you own the account, then delete it within a reasonable time, except where the law requires us to keep certain records.

Only used Kalamooo offline?

If you never signed in, nothing was sent to our servers — your records exist only on your phone. Uninstalling the app removes them.
